Welcome! I am an artist, art therapist, author, and educator with a life long passion for creativity. Following my undergraduate studies, I relocated to New York with the intention of enrolling in Pratt Institute’s art therapy program. While that opportunity did not materialize for me at the time, I subsequently joined NBC-TV, where I gained valuable experience and developed lasting professional relationships. After several years in television production, I decided to pursue new ambitions and returned home to Chicago, supporting myself as a temporary secretary while establishing a freelance art career.
Rose’s Ring: Inheritors of Silence and Secrets is a sweeping and compelling story with enduring romance, the trauma, joys and humor of family connections, incredibly beautiful scenery, haunting music woven throughout connecting the drums, pipes and reeds of all three cultures and contemporary global appeal speaking to our current world problems of prejudice, famine and political games. And here in America, the U.S. Census Bureau revealed that in 2020 there were nearly 39 million self-described Irish Americans, among them some highly talented producers, directors and actors!
