Wally takes on the role of Guardian Angel and likes to appear in a body that’s kind of spindly.  It tickles him that he doesn’t look anything like you might expect a guardian angel to look like.

He takes his responsibility seriously, though.  Wally is trustworthy and reliable and can be counted on to help you at all times.  He’s especially fond of computers and finds it’s made his earthly job a lot easier.  Wally always wears running shoes (he’s partial to blue suede), carries a beeper (doesn’t everyone?) and binoculars (to find you at any moment in any place). He keeps a collection of pictures of Hall-of-Fame Angels.  Gabriel, Michael and Raphael are his inspiration. 

He likes New Age music and jazz (it keeps him buzzing), although his favorite song is an oldie, “Someone To Watch Over Me” by two brothers, George and Ira Gershwin.  Wally also loves the artist Michaelangelo because he painted so many of his favorite angels!
